Linemanager Indonesia (m/f)
Your tasks:
_Managing, coaching and supporting a team of Inside Sales Account Managers

_Responsible for achieving and accurately forecasting quarterly and annual sales goals through proactive management of
  the teams consolidated pipelines and forecasts

_Drive business planning, forecasting accuracy, goal attainment and work effectively with cross-functional teams

_Mobilizing available internal and external resources to achieve sales and organizational goals

_Ensuring operational effectiveness and efficiency through management of account lists, development and promotion of
  tools, systems and processes

_Responsible for driving revenue focus and for achievement of team revenue target

Our profile of preference:
_PanAsian approach and several years of management experience of international sales teams

_Experience in Sales operations and ability to motivate a sales team to surpass business objectives

_Experience in managing managers and mentoring sales leaders

_Ability to build strong internal and external customer focused relationships and work seamlessly within a matrix managed
  environment

_Demonstrable experience in virtual teaming and collaboration

_Willingness to learn and adapt

_Strong communication skills including clear and concise verbal and written business communication in English.

_Native Speaker or at least sufficient language skills in Bahasa Indonesia are preferred.
