    * Prepare required documentation for all fume hood products including BOM, specifications, CAD/BIM symbols
    * Evaluate technical/architectural drawings, specifications, tenders, etc to determine what Esco product(s) best fit and what modifications if any are required and the cost impact of those modifications
    * Collects project data and compares to our capabilities. Support all teams as it relates to modified and custom products communicating the next steps in the process. Determines project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet all of the customer’s HVAC system design and installation requirements.
    * Engage in activities that works toward making ESCO the preferred supplier of fume hood/laboratory ventilation products.
    * Develops, evaluates, and discusses possible solutions with ESCO sales and customers
    * .Develops preliminary project fulfillment schedule.
    * Responsible for project take-off, selection, pricing, and integration of equipment, controls, and services.
    * Responsible for the preparation and review of the proposal with Esco sales personnel
    * Validates the preliminary proposal with customer.
    * Prepares transition documents and communicates project readiness for assignment to operations team. Resolves major deviations from scope with team after Project Scope Validation.
    * Provides knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC system related solutions for the customer’s problems, including financial and performance-based considerations.
    * Consistently ascertains customer needs and current market opportunities.
    * Assembles, coordinates and interacts with sales team as needed for customer penetration and project acquisition. Coordinates with consulting engineers in writing project specifications.
    * Coordinates with Estimators in the interpretation of specifications and preparation of proposals.
    * Assists customers in answering technical questions on HVAC systems, ESCO products, and system application alternative, BAS, installation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution
    * Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
    * Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
    * Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
    * Other responsibilities as required.

Requirements:
    * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
    * At least 3-5 years of relevant experience with HVAC equipment and related ventilation systems.
