Marketing & Promotion Representative (MPR) 
(Pekanbaru)

Responsibilities:
    • Menawarkan produk-produk Easy Speak kepada para customer individu dan corporate
    • Melakukan presentasi (outdoor) kepada setiap customer individu yg tertarik dengan produk Easy Speak
    • Mengatur sesi audiensi dan proses bidding dengan pihak corporate clients yg berminat dgn produk Easy Speak
    • Melakukan kerjasama promosi, event organizing, sponsorship, dsb yang mendukung optimalitas output kinerja marketing produk
    • Melakukan support terhadap program-program marketing yang diselenggarakan oleh Easy Speak
    • Mencapai target output kerja individu yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.

Requirements:
    • Minimal pendidikan SMU/ Diploma
    • Bersedia Bekerja Full Time
    • Terbiasa bekerja dengan orientasi target
    • Terampil dalam mengelola audiensi dgn pihak corporate clients
    • Terampil dalam melakukan presentasi dan negosiasi serta networking
    • Menyukai Tantangan di Bidang Sales / Marketing
    • Pengalaman sebagai Medical Representative, Property Marketing, dan atau Credit Card Marketing lebih diutamakan

Site Manager (Code: SM)
(Batam)

Mandatory Qualifications:
    - Minimum of 5 years experience in PLN or Project transmission/stringing/mini hydro/substation
    - S1/Bachelor preferable in Power, Telco, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering
    - Responsible, honest, highly motivated, active, challenging, has leadership quality

Job Description & Requirement:
    - Sound management and finance experience preferably in a construction project organization.
    - Previous general & operational management in a similar industry or organization.
    - Thorough understanding of project compliance requirements.
    - Highly developed leadership and motivation skills
    - Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    - Demonstrated knowledge of country regulatory and licensing requirements in relation to project execution activities.
    - Advanced skills and understanding of project management tools, accounting systems and current MS Office products particularly Excel.
    - Demonstrated high levels of oral and written communication skills.
    - Solid public personality and ability to confidently represent the company
