    Seasoned mechanical design engineer able to deliver quality projects/designs on time and within cost budget.

(Pekanbaru - Riau)

Responsibilities:
    Managing finance & accounting (AR/ PR), payroll administration, credit control and costing.
    Managing Personnel & General Affairs dept., Warehouse & Logistic dept.
    Handling planning process (strategic, budget and forecast, including targets) as well as to monitor reporting process at units.
    Enforcing an environment of ethical practices and strong financial controllership.
    Handling recruitment, development activities, and motivate Finance organization.
    Anticipating for business requirements, trends, and variances. Develop action plans, measure and analyze results and initiate corrective actions to minimize the impact of negative variances.
    Generating reports in accordance to Branch Manager request in due time

Requirements:
    Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting /or Business Management
    Strong background with 2-4 years experience in Finance, preferably in logistics and forwarding. From FMCG would be an advantage
    Strong knowledge and ability in MS Excel
    Strong financial and analytical skills
    Ability to prepare and analyze complex financial reports; ability to maintain efficient and effective financial systems and procedures
