- ensure that all billing to customer (owner) is on time
- ensure that all oversea vendor invoice and document completed before payment made
- preparing project cash flow
- review balance budget before monthly report submitted

Requirements:
    * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
    * At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    * Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent with project Costing experience.
