EHFS Supervisor
(Dumai - Riau)

Responsibilities :
    * Conduct pre‐operational risk assessments on new sites and design risk mitigation measures.
    * Develop all the required documentation, operational checks and reports for the HSE Management System to be compliant with OHSAS 18001/2007 and ISO 14001/ 2004 standards, including corrective and preventive measures.
    * Provide HSE improvement proposals stating: the non‐conformance, proposed corrective action, required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation.
    * Investigate the root cause HSE complaints put forward by staff members, customers, clients and contractors and report the result to the QHSE manager.
    * Follow up to ensure that corrective actions are implemented where necessary and ensures that any certification requirements are complied with.
    * Coordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses;
    * Review and analyze accidents and near miss incidents and making corrective action recommendations.
    * Supervises the regular inspection of fire fighting, safety and emergency response equipment.
    * Responsible for preparing written weekly and monthly HSE reports, statistics and presentations related to HSE performance.

Requirements :
    * 5 years experience in the same field
    * Bachelor Degree in any major
    * Willing to be placed in Pelintung, Riau
    * Knowledge in OHSAS 1800 is a must
    * Have K3 Certificate
    * Experience in refinery will be an advantage

    * Assign individual to specific task, such as welding and steel fabricators, repairing and other duties.

Education and Qualifications:
    * Minimum Diploma in an Engineering / Technical discipline
    * At least 3 years of experience in a similar position as  Workshop Supervisor
    * High regards towards safety, strong in scheduling and planning workshop activities
    * Strong manufacturing background in plate manufacturing, offshore, and/or fabrication.
    * Has the ability to manage all workshop operations daily activity and large workforce
    * Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills
    * Proficient communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia fluency in verbal and writing is a mandatory
    * Willing to be permanently relocate to Batam Island- Indonesia and willing to do business travelling
    * Proficient with computer literacy, minimum MS Words, MS Excel and MS Power point, knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
    * Possess an excellent knowledge of all mechanical and electrical systems, including diagnostic checks, technical inspections and complete workshop repairs on varied heavy and light vehicle fleet vehicles, generators and other mechanical equipment, including Material Handling Equipment.
    * A detail oriented person, KPI, process driven and highly organized, possess strong leadership and good communication skill

Description of our Power Plant: Power Plant is the subsidy of the pulp and paper mill with the total installed capacity of 550MW, supplying the power, steam, and other utilities to the mill operation.  Power Plant comprises 3 Power Boilers, 7 Steam Turbines, 4 Recovery Boilers, Evaporation Plant, connected  water treatment and fuel handling plans.

Job Descriptions
    * Effectively manage the Mechanical maintenance department of the Power Plant with the proactive approach ensure optimum performance and reliability of boiler, turbines, and other machineries though effective implementation, corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs procedures by thorough work planning process
    * Effectively manage the plant to comply with all safety, ISO, and OSHAS requirements and ensure Operation Risks are effectively managed to full fill requirements of insurance and protect assets
    * Be a team player to coordinate maintenance and operation department a, supporting the operational requirements by planning and execution of all assigned maintenance activities during on-line and off-line outages.
    * Effectively communicate with inter/intra department personnel, OEM and expert consultants wherever required and maximizes the utilization of new technology
    * Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual maintenance and plant project capital budgets; scheduling; expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective action for effective control.
    * Succession planning, supervisor development and training of subordinates (DPL Programs)
    * Provide a strong Platform for continuous improvement, energy/cost conservation initiatives and human skill development program

Qualifications
    * Male max 48 Years Old
    * Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    * Having 10 years experience in  Mechanical Maintenance with at least 3 years in management level
    * Advanced understanding and sound Knowledge all sections of medium sized Cogeneration Power Plant comprising of Power boilers, steam turbines and solid fuel handling
    * Sound understanding of Maintenance programs, Preventive Maintenance requirements for power boilers, recovery boilers, steam and gas turbines, air compressors, water treatment and demin plants, evaporation plant, rotating equipment like pumps and fans, conveyors, etc.  Knowledge on computer based maintenance programs (SAP/MINCOM)
    * Knowledge of  steam turbines operation and maintenance requirements.
    * Environmental, health and safety requirements of power plant
    * Willing to stay in Pangkalan Kerinci, Pekanbaru - Riau, Indonesia

Selalu Semangat di Tempat Kerja

Sering kali kita mengawali hari kerja dengan mengeluh dan tidak semangat untuk berangkat ke kantor. Terkadang banyak faktor yang membuat kita tidak semangat untuk berangkat kerja ke kantor. Semangat bekerja erat hubungannya dengan suasana hati kita. Jika kita berangkat dari rumah dengan suasana hati yang senang dan bahagia, maka saat kerja tentu kita masih akan sumringah sampai di kantor dan juga semangat untuk memulai pekerjaan kita di kantor. Mungkin di lingkungan tempat Anda bekerja ada rekan kerja Anda yang menyebalkan dan hanya bisa membuat Anda jengkel sepanjang hari.

Jika Anda mengawali hari Anda dengan senyuman, pastinya sepanjang hari bisa dilewati dengan lebih baik tanpa harus memperdulikan hal-hal yang membuat Anda jengkel tersebut. Mungkin Anda dapat melakukakan beberapa hal ini jika ingin tetap semangat bekerja setiap hari.

Mempertahankan kerja yang sehat / keseimbangan hidup adalah penting baik untuk tingkat motivasi umum Anda dan kesejahteraan Anda secara keseluruhan. Luangkanlah waktu untuk mengerjakan kesukaan Anda misalnya berolahraga atau hobi Anda lainnya. Refreshing bisa membantu Anda mengembalikan semangat yang hilang karena stress pekerjaan.
