Qualifications:

          o Good knowledge in Transport operation, especially loading/ un loading, log hauling operation include documentation and reporting system, excellent analytical and problem solving

Audit Manager
(Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau)

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to manage our operational internal control team, ensures the implementation of both financial and operational audit plans of the companies within the Group. These include process documentation, risk identification & assessment, evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and ensuring compliance with established Group policies and procedures. You are expected to be able to interpret audit results, develop value-adding recommendations to mitigate the risks, prepare audit reports, as well as to enhance the team’s performance. 

Requirements:
    * Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
    * At least 12 years of audit experience in a large organization or an international public accounting firm, with minimum 5 years experience in managing team or subordinates

Responsibilities:
   1. Drawing production, planning and control; Plan organise and execute the design work in order to ensure cost efficient and superior quality and design drawing production
   2. Operations; Direct monitor and control the daiily activities of the junior engineers and designers team in order to ensure that drawing release schedules are meet
   3. Engineering Development; Review documents from vendors suppliers, prepare alternatives and cost estimates for those in order to achieve cost efficient design within applicable design codes and industrial laws
   4. Project Coordination; Indentify, discuss, coordinate and give feedback on issues requiring civil engineering input in order to achieve better execution of project at lowest possible cost
   5. Site Coordinate; Foresee, indentify and /or examine the difficulties faced by site supervisors in order to ensure the correct understanding of drawings and proper execution of work is carried out at site

Requirements:
    * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
    * At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
