Responsibilities:
    Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the refinery industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance
    Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary
    Maintains and repairs maintenance shop equipment
    Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment
    Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems
    Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner
    Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
    Bachelor (S1) from electrical or mechanical engineering
    Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field
    In-depth knowledge of the chemical plant or refinery maintenance is an asset
    Experience with repairs and maintenance of processing equipment
    Familiar with international standard such as:   SPLN, IEEC, DIN, JIS, ANSI, ASTM, ISA, etc.
    ISO 9000, ISO 14.000, HACCP, 5S, Safety, Environment system, and Seminar or training relating with his job qualification if necessary
    English (both writing and oral)

    * Maintain an accurate fixed asset register, ensure compliance to corporate accounting/ auditing guidelines, and conduct periodic audit of all assets.
    * Collaborate, coordinate and interact with internal cross functional departments to monitor and conduct audit of inventory levels, movement and cost management efficiency.

Requirements:
    * Bachelor/ Master Degree in Accountancy, preferably in Cost/ Management Accounting.
    * More than 5 years of experiences in financial and management accounting, preferably in manufacturing environment.
    * Proven experiences in business management, product costing, financial budgeting and forecasting, setting up and maintenance of accounting procedures.
    * Candidates with SAP FICO knowledge will be prioritized.

Facility Engineer - Reliability

Summary of Job / Qualification :
    * Minimum degree : S1 majority in Mechanical engineering and willing to work in Riau, Sumatera.
    * At least 5 years experienced working as reliability engineer with  good understanding in utilizing reliability concept, software and tools to optimize equipment and facility.
    * Capable to review engineering drawing such as PFD, P&ID, etc,  and familiar with major rotating equipment used in oil and gas industry.
    * Has experience in Mechanical integrity and perform Risk Assessment, Condition Monitoring (Inspection), Data Base/Data Integration/Data Assessment.
    * Good understanding on Maintenance management, experienced in utilizing RCM and CMMS application to review failure history then improve equipment performance.
    * Familiar in performing FMEA, RCA,  LCCA, life time, to improve equipment Reliability, Availability, MTBF, MTTR, etc.
    * Capable to develop program and plan to improve the quality of reactive work, PM Tasks, as well as utilizing  the applicable  PdM tools to monitor equipment health and to avoid unscheduled equipment breakdown
    * Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
