Responsibilities:
Designs & conducts training programs in branches and agencies to develop sales and
management competencies
Requirements:
28 – 35 years old
Bachelor degree from any discipline
At least 3 years experience in life insurance industry as trainer
Very good presentation skills
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Very good communication skills
Preferably domicile from the area of placement
