A major International Market Research firm is expanding its existing Indonesia operation and we are looking for energetic, dynamic, hardworking and outgoing individuals.

Field Supervisor / Team Leaders
(Jakarta /  Jawa / Sumatra / Sulawesi / Bali)

Requirements :
    * At least 5 years experience in management of door-to-door field teams
    * Thorough knowledge of and experience in implementing/monitoring a range of sample designs in field
    * Experience in recruitment, training, and ongoing management of a large field force across one or more provinces of Indonesia
    * Excellent organizational skills
    * Good computer literacy, especially MS Word and Excel
    * Attention to detail and able to multitask
    * Ability to travel with last minute notice
    * Ability to work on weekends when required
    * Minimum SMA or equivalent
