   1. Attending to the tenant complaints and provided prompt responded and maintenance support to the tenants.   
   2. Assesses the defects, make recommendation and sourcing quotations for  repair and maintenance works from contractors 
   3. Supervising and monitoring subordinates on maintenance works in a   smooth and efficient maintenance operations 
   4. Supervising and monitoring contractors of maintenance carry out repair as per specifications, requirement,schedule.

All Qualification
    * Education :  S1 in Civil Engineering or Architecture
    * Experience : Min.2 years in the similar position
    * Fluent in English and Computer
    * Knowledged in ISO 9000 & 14000
    * Able to work under tight dateline & underpressure
