Technical Lead

Responsibilities :
* Design, develop and support banking solutions including preparation of functional / technical specifications
* Provide support and enhancement to existing systems
* Effective and constant engagement with team members / colleagues in order to achieve set performance targets for project deliverables, Problem Management and Change Management functions
* Ensure proper management of people, time and cost during the project
Requirements :
* Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering related
* Over 5 years working experience in J2EE development environment
* Preferably 2-3 years experience in vendor / consulting environment with Loan Origination System, Teller and Cash Management solution exposure in J2EE
* Strong technical experience in J2EE design framework, Weblogic 7/8 Web / Application Server and Oracle9i / 10g Database Server
* Solid Programming experience in Struts, JSP, EJB, JDBC
* Good leadership skills and experience in leading development team
* Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal and consultative skills
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadline
