Planner
(Batam)

Job & Responsibilities:
    * Perform planning and buying activities for the Flash Module line.
    * Ensure material availability by dealing with suppliers and sub-contractors directly and to bring in the materials on time.
    * Manage inventory at respectable levels.
    * Develop and analyse production plans and schedules to meet customer demands.
    * Monitor and ensure on- time delivery to customers.
    * Work closely with cross- functional teams in Batam & overseas (Engineering, Production, QA, Logistic, New Production Introduction and Customer Service) for completing and closing the daily issues.

Requirements:
    * Degree in any technical discipline, preference will be given to candidates with Industrial Engineering background and experience in a manufacturing environment.
    * Good academic results.
    * A fast learner with good interpersonal skills.
    * Good communication skills and able to speak English is must.
    * Good in operating Microsoft Office system (Excel, word, power point, etc).
    * Familiar in operating SAP.
