Responsibilities:
    * Mengelola program Business Development sesuai dengan rencanan yang ada
    * Membina hubungan baik dengan masyarakat, organisasi maupun Pemda.
    * Bekerja sama dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal untuk memastikan rencana pembebasan lahan sesuai dengan SOP yang ada
    * Mengurusdokumen perizinan yang terkait dengan penggunan lahan
    * Mengumpulkan dan mengatur informasi atau dokumen yang terkait dengan pembebasan lahan

Requirements:
    * Pendidikan minimum Diploma atau S1 (Hukum, Kehutanan, Pertanian)
    * Memiliki pengalaman dalam menangani sosialisasi, pengurusan dokumen, kerjasama dengan pihak masyarakat, bank, maupun Pemda
    * Memiliki kemampuan dan pengalaman dalam negosiasi, pembebasan lahan,dan pengurusan perizinannya
    * Memiliki jaringan kerja yang baik dengan instansi  pemerintah yang terkait dengan pembebasan lahan,dan pengurusan perizinannya
    * Mampu berkomunikasi dan membina hubungan baik dengan pihak masyarakat, koperasi, dan instansi pemerintah
