Maintenance Engineer
(Batam - Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Technicians to perform preventive and corrective maintenance at the production lines (eg testers, jigs and assembly benches) safely and efficiently.
Troubleshoot and implement sustainable system/ engineering fixes and prevent recurrences.
Plan and deploy preventive maintenance programs and budgets, and analyze/ measure their effectiveness and uptime sustainability.
Maintain proper records of spare parts relating to inventory, usage pattern, criticality/ availability, refurbishments and timeline, re-ordering, cost management.
Prepare SOPs and ensure the availability of updated PM/CM documents related to the equipment
Develop the team’s capabilities through continual sharing, learning, skills training, improvement projects, and equipment familiarization through in-house and external (eg vendor) resources.
Prepare and present weekly reports about maintenance programs, issues and improvement works.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
2 to 5 years of relevant and hands-on experiences, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Candidates with good knowledge of TPM, project management, FMEA, statistical analysis will be prioritized.
Demonstrated leadership skills to train and lead effective and productive teams for fast turnarounds.
Proven ability to multi-task and drive outcomes.
Customer service and quality oriented.
Good written and spoken English.
Willing to be based in Batam.
