Senior Electrical Engineer
(Bintan - Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:
* New product development which using PLC as the electronics control system.
* Conducting the proper software development process for PLC and also proper documentation process.
* Writing of all document necessary of the PLC software and hardware including the electrical schematic, to ensure sustainability and consistency against the product.
* Work closely with customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure products meet all specifications.
* Writing of all document necessary of the PLC software and hardware including the electrical schematic, pneumatic schematics to ensure sustainability and consistency against the product.
* FAT documentations, testing, and commissioning.
* Maintenance of the existing PLC program with or without HMI.
* Troubleshooting, analysis and debugging of PLC software and hardware for existing products.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering , with strong background in PLC programming.
* Relevant work experience of 3 to 5 years in a product development/R&D environment /service.
* Strong skills in PLC programming especially with S7 Siemens SIMATIC PLC and STEP 7 HMI.
* Experience or knowledge with Allen Bradley, or any other PLC brand will be a plus.
* Experience with any of the following will be a plus : C/C++ programming language, PCB layout softwares, DAQ systems (LabView), product safety standards (UL,TUV), EMC testing and countermeasures, PC software development.
* Excellent technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
* Good command in written and fluent spoken English.
* Innovative, resourceful, and able to work independently or in a team
* Willing to travel.
* Willing to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau.
