Deputi Continuos Improvement Head

Working together with APRIL' s Business Units, BCID is responsible for developing Continuous Improvement Mindset in each and every member of APRIL.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Drive CI project implementation; Manage delivery and coordination of all BCID project, Transfer knowledge to company's business unit about CI Project Management and Problem solving skill
Training & Socialization; Deliver training for all AIMS Pillars, deliver CI related education and training to all company's business unit , Instill CI mindset to employees, Implement AIMS in APRIL Business Units
Support all company's business unit to achieve company's Vision though AIMS: Create key driver analysis to convert strategy objective into improvement initiatives, develop initiatives for CI Progress monitoring, provide support all BU to achieve CI value creation and people involvement
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related major
Preferably with 5 year experiences in related working experience in project , having work experience in project management, manufacturing, forestry is an advantage
Must have proven capability in managing and delivering projects, strong interest in the field of Continuous Improvements, good English language skills, good presentation and communication skills, experience and/or qualifications in recognized improvement methodology and tools (eg. Six Sigma, TQM, etc.), good verbal and written communication skills, good people skills and team spirit, proactive and self-motivation, equally capable of working independently and also as part of a team, excellent attitude at work place, clear direction and ambition for career development in APRIL Group
Six Sigma Black/Green Belt qualification, work experience in manufacturing and/or forestry industry, project management experience or qualification would be an advantage Six Sigma Black/Green Belt qualification
Good verbal and written communication skills, good people skills and team spirit, proactive and self-motivation, equally capable of working independently and also as part of a team, excellent attitude at work place, clear direction and ambition for career development in APRIL Group
