Supply Chain Manager (Energy Industry)
(Batam - Indonesia)
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing manufacturing supply chain and logistics for a global plant;
* Analyze, plan and ensure the implementation of SCM strategy in order to reduce production costs and enhance the efficiency of the production process;
* Take care of daily procurement activities including buying of raw materials, machinery and spare parts, import and export management and service contracting;
* Manage Production capacity and plan supply flows in order to avoid production breakdowns and optimize inventory stocks;
* Supplier relationship management, at the national and international level;
* Comply with local rules and regulations.
Requirements
* Graduate or Master in Industrial / Electrical Engineering or related field from reputable university. APICS certification will be an advantage;
* Having about 7 – 10 years experience and good understanding in Inventory Management of finished goods and raw materials;
* Advanced use of SAP R3 system for material management and supply chain optimization;
* English fluency, both oral and written is mandatory. French will be an advantage;
* Having strong leadership and capacity to work under pressure;
* Willing to stay in Batam.
