Technical Saler Engineer
(Riau, Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:
To manage business and technical issues in Indonesia market and supporting SEA market in technical whenever needed. Satisfy customer needs in terms of sales activities and services. It primarily consists of generating an order intake with sustainable profitability to reach the agreed sales target and continuously nurture the business development in Indonesia.

Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in engineering, preferable from reputable/overseas university
- 2 years of experience in the same position, preferable in the paper industry or in the Roll Service Business
- Basic technical knowledge about paper manufacturing process is a must, sales experiences and technical services experience in industry is highly welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Result and detail oriented, strong analytical skill with strategic thinking
- Strong leadership and management skill and capable to make report
- Self-motivated, teamwork and able to maintain performance under pressure
- Mature, hard worker, dynamic, discipline and honest
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Able to speak and write in German or Mandarin language is preferred as well as local dialect would be a plus
- Familiar with local customs and tradition of each business regional of Indonesia
Good personal skill literate (Ms. Office)
- Willing and ready to travel with flexibility of change of schedules and doing long business travelling
