Resident Engineer
(Batam - Kepulauan Riau)

Requirements:
    S1 in Engineering/Science/Electronics
    Having experience in semiconductor packaging technologies min 3-5 year
    Expert knowledge for assembly process
    Good in English both oral & written
    Preferably for candidates who located in Batam or Bintan island
