Electrical Manager
(Riau)
Position Summary:
The project team member with the single point accountability for successful execution of defined electrical scope for the project (s) to which this individual is assigned.
Principal Role responsibilities:
- Development of a supportable Electrical project plan to include strategies and execution details for engineering design, estimates, equipment and manpower scheduling, quality control/assurance, construction/installation and start up and commissioning.
- Prepare, or assist in preparing, project budgets, staffing plans, effort completion forecast.
- Provide main electrical interfaces with other project departments, group, and contractors.
- Ensure owner needs are identified and effectively addressed.
- Be actively involved in the procurement activities for major purchase orders and subcontracts.
- Responsible for adherence to project approval requirements.
- Identify unexpected or unplanned risk issues to project management and assist in resolution.
- Support project requirements with respect to quality, cost and schedule.
- Assist project personnel in resolving conflicting priorities and issues relating to electrical progress.
Requirements :
- Degree in electrical engineering
- 10 years experience in project execution of electrical and coordination task
- International project experience preferred.
- Sound knowledge of effective integrated project management systems
- Good working knowledge of different types of electrical systems
- Ability to function in selecting electrical equipment’s, Electrical Contractor, and material control system
- Computer literate: Ms Office, Ms. Project Schedule, Visio Technical, ACAD etc
