APICAL has strong refinery operations in Indonesia and China. A leading player in the palm oil industry, it is an integrated consumer products manufacturer with a range of vegetable oil-based value-add products including cooking oil, margarine, shortening, frying fat, and biodiesel.

APICAL’s refineries, located in Jakarta Utara (KBN Marunda), Dumai (Riau – Sumatera) and Tanjung Balai (Sumatera), have a combined capacity of more than 2.5 million MT per annum of palm oil products. The Group has plans to further expand its refinery operations to other strategic locations in Java and Kalimantan. Bulking tank sites are located at Padang (Sumatera) and Bagendang (Central Kalimantan); similarly with plan to set up new strategic tank sites in Sumatera and Kalimantan.

Sea Logistic Manager
(Dumai)

Responsibilities:
1. In charge of all the logistics function in the refinery, including the loading & unloading activities at the jetty and trucking coordination.
2. Coordination with all relevant departments to deliver the goods efficiently and effectively.
3. Prepare and manage the logistics budget to ensure cost efficiency.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in edible oil, with at least 5 (five) years experience as a Logistic Manager.
2. Required working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP.
3. Strong leadership & organization capabilities, customer service oriented, able to work independently and in a team environment.
4. Good comand in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) with excellent skills in negotiation.
5. Good computer skills (office and internet) are a must.
6. Willing to be placed at Dumai.
