HR Development Executive
(Bintan - Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:
Developing people development strategy and procedures, including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, training need analysis and evaluation, talent management and counseling.
Requirements:
Degree holder preferably from Psychology / English.
Minimum 3 years experience with strong background in recruitment and training methodology.
Fluent in English, good computer skills (spreadsheet & presentation applications) excellent interpersonal skills and proactive in project improvement.
Remuneration:
Competitive salary and benefits will commensurate with past experience. Housing, transportation, meals, medical benefit and insurance are provided.
