Responsibilities:
Will Report to General Manager
To provide a courteous, profesional, efficient and flexible service all the times, following the standard of performence
Familiar and well practice of Indonesian Labor Law
To perform all duties and tasks for the staffing matters
To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
To perform the administration works ( payroll, tax, etc )
To ensure that the training and develop of the staffs
To monitor the daily HR matters and to avoid any conflict against the company.
To handle any problem related with HR matters including law suiting.
To implement a flexible scheduling based on business paterns.
Requirements:
Able to communicate in English
Has Hotel experiences as HR Manager
Graduated S1 law faculty will be priority
Team player and hard worker
Ability to multi-task
Able to travel alone
Able to work long hours
