We invite suitable candidates to apply for the following position :

Process Engineer - Molding/Plasma Coating
(Batam - Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:
    Analyze all issues related to molding/plasma processes, develop optimal solutions and lead implementation.
    Understand & analyze process issues in contact lens manufacturing and improve existing level of manufacturing and automation for reliability and output.
    Work with R&D, production, quality, maintenance functions to ensure quality production at lowest possible cost.
    Responsible for technical support and continuous process improvement in various developmental projects.
    Responsible for fixture development, line and plant layout

Requirements:
    Bachelor in Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
    3-5 years of experience in molding/ coating engineering on components/contact lens, on equipment, production systems parameter settings including of tool construction.
    Hands-on experience in process engineering using process improvement tools (DOE, FMEA). Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
    Good understanding of safety practices & conversant of ISO-9001 system and having Six Sigma certification will be added advantage.
    For Molding: Knowledge of plastic processing materials viz. PP, SAN, ABS, PC, PS, and Tools & Die / Mold maintenance. Awareness of quality standards required for processing different polymers, and is well versed with molding defects.
    For Plasma: Familiar with production equipment such as Plasma machines, Vacuum Drying Oven, Ellipsometer and XPS machines
