Purchasing Executive
(Bintan - Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:
    To issue Purchase Order as required by material planner.
    To follow up Purchase Order and make sure the goods are received within the promised date.
    To expedite urgent Purchase Order and make sure the goods are delivered within the requested date.
    To arrange the shipment with the supplier and forwarder if required.
    To negotiate with suppliers to get the best price possible.
    To help to monitor items ordered in order the factory not to have overstock.

Requirements:
    D3/S1 in any discipline
    Minimum 2 years purchasing, supply chain, and logistic experience.
    Fluent in English
    Master Microsoft office especially Microsoft Excel
    Experience is using MRP software, especially Microsoft Navision is preferred.
    The ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
    Willing to stay in Bintan Island, Kepualauan Riau.
