* Mminimum 2 years experience in recruitment and training for Human Resources in maritime industry
* Minimum bachelor degree/S1 in Human Resources or Psychology major
* Fluent in English oral and written
* Computer literacy
* Location in Pekan Baru
Job Description:
* Recruit vessel crew
* Monitoring crew’s affair and work activities
* Calculating and oversee crew working time as needed
* Act as intermediary between crew and company
