Assistant Manager – Warehouse and Material Control
(Batam - Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of store activities
Effective warehouse control relating to receipt, storage, preservation and issuing of materials
Ensure all incoming materials are properly received, inspected, issued or stored
Ensure that warehouse facilities and equipment are properly maintained
Monitor material codification, stock control and stock taking
Ensure timely delivery of materials and take corrective actions to rectify delays
Take corrective actions to resolve discrepancies in stock items
Prepare inventory management reports
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Logistics or relevant qualifications
Minimum 5 year relevant working experience, preferably in the Offshore and Marine Industry
Good knowledge of material control and warehouse operations
Able to communicate in the English language
Good interpersonal skills
Good knowledge in computer application
