Human Resource Executive
(Bintan - Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:
    Assist the HR team in delivering full spectrum of Human Resources services
    Handle HR administration work, provide support and advise to employees as required
    Responsible for updating and maintaining the Employee HR database and confidential personal files
    Plan, develop, manage and administer training programs for employees
    Assist in orientation and induction program for new employees
    Assist in payroll processes

Requirements:
    At least 2 year experience in HR, preferably in training
    Familiar with full spectrum of HR (training, recruitment, manpower regulations, etc)
    Good command in written and spoken English
    IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    Meticulous, organized with an eye for details
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Pleasant and approachable personality with a positive learning attitude
    Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
    Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
