Human Resource Manager
(Bintan, Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:
    Developing Human Resource Management strategy and procedures, including Payroll, Compensation and Benefit, Tax (PPH 21), Training & Development, Personnel administration, Industrial Relation, and awareness of labor issues.

Requirements:
    Degree holder preferably from Law.
    Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law.
    Minimum 5 years experiences with strong background in Industrial Relation, Compensation & Benefit.
    Fluent in English, strong leadership good interpersonal and communication skills.

Remuneration:
Competitive salary and benefits will commensurate with past experience. Housing, transportation, meals, medical benefit and insurance are provided.

Summary of Job / Qualification :
    Have minimum 5 years experienced in risk management, IT security and management or IT auditing.
    Have strong technical knowledge of and experience of UNIX (SUN and Linux), Windows, Virtual Machine technology, network components and firewalls is required. In addition knowledge of and experience with web application, databases and PeopleSoft and SAP will be an advantage.
    Experience with automated tooling data analysis is also welcome.
    Good analytic skills and risk awareness.
    Good communication skills, oral as well as written (Able to draft reports in a structured and logical manner).
    Be able to communicate and liaise with senior management.
    Focus on customer needs and expectations while remaining focussed on risk and maintaining independence.
