PT Bintan Resort Cakrawala, master developer of Bintan Beach International Resort (BBIR) is seeking highly motivated person and team player to fill the following position which will be based at Bintan Resorts, Bintan Island, Kepulauan Riau:

Human Resource Manager
(Bintan, Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:
    Developing Human Resource Management strategy and procedures, including Payroll, Compensation and Benefit, Tax (PPH 21), Training & Development, Personnel administration, Industrial Relation, and awareness of labor issues.

Requirements:
    Degree holder preferably from Law.
    Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law.
    Minimum 5 years experiences with strong background in Industrial Relation, Compensation & Benefit.
    Fluent in English, strong leadership good interpersonal and communication skills.

Remuneration:
Competitive salary and benefits will commensurate with past experience. Housing, transportation, meals, medical benefit and insurance are provided.
