Demand Planner 
(Batam)

Responsibilities:
A. Strategy and Planning
Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company’s business strategy in order to ensure company’s long-term viability, profitability and market share.
B. Manufacturing
Develop and improve manufacturing line architect to increase manufacturing efficiency

1. Parameter Management : To analyze forecast, consumption and new launch to help supply team set parameter for the replenishment process.
2. Shortage management : To coordinate with the LT_OM, HUB Asia and plant (if necessary) to prioritize production and supply in a crisis situation.
3. Demand Planning : Animates the monthly CSF process with the defined Business Units. Provide the forecast to Supply Planners that will translate the demand to the supply network.
4. Sale, Inventory and Operation Planning : Part of SIOP process to balance demand and supply.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Diploma/Degree in Logistic & Supply Chain or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experiences, Well know SAP, ERP, MRP System\
3.Hands-on experiences to manage customer feedback and expectations, and cross-functional production teams
4.Customer service and quality oriented, Business Understanding like Sales, Marketing, Finance
5. Good written and spoken English.
6. Must be willing to be based in Batam.
