Technical Support Engineer
(Batam - Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:
- Enhance engineers repair rate
- Track and improve the effectiveness of education and training
- Analyze and test maintenance program updates
- Staff training and improve the ability of staff skills assessment
- Help reduce false positives engineers
- Enhance staff skills and quality of the concept
- Any others tasks required by superior.
Requirements:
_ Female/male
- Max 30 years old
- College or Bachelor degree or above,
- Working experience should be 3 years or above or fresh graduated is welcome
- Be familiar to Office software
- Able to speak english
