Key Account Inter Island
(Riau)
Responsibilities:
As Interisland Jr. Key Account, the incumbent will assume full responsibility for all commercial functions of the operation in the assigned area. Tasks will include but not limited to :
Implementation of sales plan and initiate corrective actions to assure sales performance is within planned performance.
Coordinate with supporting function for product availability and on time delivery.
Develop the present and future markets and the prices for Inter Island Customers.
Lead negotiations with current and potential customers/distributors according to authority given.
Create, deliver, and communicate value proposition by provide excellent customer services in order to build up a very strong customer relationship.
Assure & control account folders, credit limits and payments.
Provide regular report of performance, development and activities in the assigned area.
Requirements:
Experience as civil engineer, construction material technician or other technical experience in the construction business
Experience in sales and/or application consulting in the construction business or construction material supply or in a similar industrial sector
Customer orientation - Service and sales oriented
Cost and Result orientation
Excellent communication skill - Good listener who is able to adjust to individual communication styles and partners, convincing and powerful assertiveness, good negotiation and consulting abilities
Team work - Able to work with and in a multicultural team
Self-starter & self motivated
Able to maintain professional interaction with customers
Knowledge of the local market or connections to regional construction businesses would be an asset
Willing to Travel across country
Proficient with Ms.Office(Excel & Word, PowerPoint)
