Sales Manager
(Makassar, Pekanbaru)
Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the distribution of products.
Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent in FMCG Industry
Willing to relocate all around Indonesia
Knowledge, experience and contact in the distribution industry.
Proficient in English both spoken and written.
Good presentation skill
Strong Leadership & Result Oriented
The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.
Fluency in a foreign language may also be helpful
