Responsibilities:
* Also covers regular visit and monitoring of Fiber Estate clinics
* Serves as link/mediator between the company and external insurance/ medical provider.
* Attends monthly meeting and reporting.
* Makes analysis regarding claims, complains, improvements, performance of provider.
* Handles verification of claims which are not covered by insurance provider.
* Makes recommendation regarding pre-employment medical check up report sent by providers.
* Respond to emergency situation (incident, disaster, evacuation) regarding medical, ambulance, and related aspects.
* Responsible for clinic operation including management of manpower, equipment, ambulance.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree,Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Medical Science or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably, a member of IDI (Ikatan Dokter Indonesia).
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pangkalan Kerinci.
