Branch Manager
(Batam, Palu, Makassar, Solo, Banjarmasin)

Job Descriptions:
    Explore and create business through all distribution channels.
    Establish and maintain relationships with individual or business customers.
    Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of workers in branches.
    Approve, reject, or coordinate the approval or rejection of lines of current and new business.
    Training, coaching, and motivating all team in Branch.
    Create all reports which needed by weekly and monthly.

Job Specifications:
    Min. Diploma Degree any major from reputable University.
    Max. age is 40 years old.
    Strong leadership and excellent communication skill.
    Target oriented.
    Having passion for both sales marketing and operational.
    Min. 2 years as Branch Manager, Head Department or any Managerial positions in general insurance company.
    Willing to travel and to be placed in all Indonesia’s branches.
    Current home based in Batam, Palu, Makassar, Solo, Banjarmasin or ready to be placed in those areas.
