Currently we are looking for talented people to fill in below positions:

HR & GA Dept Head
(Dumai - Riau)

Responsibilities:
    To be responsible in managing and maintaining all HR & GA daily activities.
    To facilitate effective communication and staff relation across the organization

Requirements:
    Age max 40 years old.
    Bachelor Degree in Legal, Psychology, or Human Resources Management.
    Should have strong experience handling HR & GA at least 8-10 years in manufacturing company.
    Good knowledge in labor regulation and industrial relation.
    Good in conflict and stress management.
    Analytical thinking, effective leadership, with high degree of integrity and responsibility.
    Good communication and interpersonal skill.
    Result oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadline, and committed to finish the task.
    Job Location: Lubuk Gaung - Dumai.
