Finance Controller
(Batam - Indonesia )
Responsibilities:
Reports to the Group CFO, the incumbent will work collaboratively with the senior management team providing the financial strategic vision and financial advise necesarry to grow the top and bottom line of the business and capitalize on market opportunities succesfully
Provide all accounting and financial leadership for the group which includes capital management and statutory reporting, financial planning and budgetary control, taxation, treasury and risk management
Ensure that there is a system of regulars review and improvement of business controls and ensure compliance of all statutory and regulatory requirements
Responsible for cash flow management and strategic financial planning for the Group, including capital management, fund raising, developing and maintaining banking relationships, tax structuring and compliance
Support the CFO for proposed M&A and other business development transactions with financial advise including cashflow modeling, financial structuring, coordinating due diligence, fund raising and tax planning
Ensure that Group reporting requirements to the finance departements of major shareholders are met on a timely basis
To provide functional leadership in the planning and implementation of ERP financial modules
Incharge and control the Admin / HR issues
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy and Finance, qualified CPA, ACCA, CIMA
Minimun 8-10 years related full spectrum finance experience preferably in the manufacturing industry
Ability to initiate and implement changes, ensuring processes and internal controls are in place
Ability to make presentation to the Board and work closely with the senior management as an effective business partner and come up with effective strategies to further grow the business
Ability to work flexibly, under pressure and meet demanding deadlines, as well as the ability to priorities and manage conflicting demands
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation skill and ability to liaise with people at all levels, especially senior management
Experience in debt capital management such as negotiating and managing bank loans and loan refinancing
