Provincial Sales Manager Job (Information Technology) (IT) (Consumer Electronics)
(Pekanbaru - Riau)
Our client is one of the world’s leading computer technology and electronics companies, which manufactures desktops and laptop personal computers, servers, storage devices, displays, smart-phones and accessories. This innovative and exciting company, with more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, is looking for the very best talent to fill the position of provincial sales manager to be based in Pekanbaru (Riau), Indonesia. The position requires candidates of the highest quality and offers good future prospects.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Plan, develop, implement and monitor sales program for assigned dealers and elite partners in each territory with overall objective of meeting challenging sales goals
* Develop annual business plans, including sales targets as well as determining capabilities of master dealers and elite partners
* Coordinate, monitor and motivate partners in order to achieve assigned sales targets
* Review sales performances of partners in order to formulate plan to boost sales performances
* Regularly review and report sales performance to ensure alignment with agreed sales targets
* Use allocated budget for implementation of sales program effectively and efficiently in accordance with the agreed budget in order to achieve the assigned sales targets
* Maintain good relationship with partners in order to build loyalty towards company and increase customer satisfaction
* Report directly to regional sales manager
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (min.) in any discipline, though IT, management or engineering preferred
* Four years (min.) in sales in IT/consumer electronics with two years in regional sales management position
* Be willing to live in Riau/South Sumatra
* No older than 35 years of age
* Strong understanding of customer and market requirements
* Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Highly motivated to succeed
* Strong analytical skills
* A leader
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Team player who is able to work independently
* Fluency in English, both oral and written
