They are urgently seeking high-profile candidates to fill a Supply Chain Manager (Energy Industry) position in Batam. They offer a competitive salary package and fantastic career opportunity.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing manufacturing supply chain and logistics for a global plant
* Analyzing, planning and ensuring the implementation of SCM strategy in order to reduce production costs and enhance the efficiency of the production process
* Taking care of daily procurement activities, including buying raw materials, machinery and spare parts, importing and exporting management and service contracting
* Managing production capacity and planning supply flows in order to avoid production breakdowns and optimize inventory stocks
* Supplier relationship management at the national and international levels
* Complying with local laws and regulations
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Industrial/Electrical Engineering or related field from reputable university. APICS certification will be an advantage
* Seven to 10 years experience and a good understanding in Inventory Management of finished goods and raw materials
* Advanced use of SAP R3 systems for material management and supply chain optimization
* English fluency, both oral and written, is mandatory. French will be an advantage
* Having strong leadership and a capacity to work under pressure
* Willing to live in Batam.
