PT Bintan Resort Cakrawala, master developer of Bintan Beach International Resort (BBIR) is seeking highly motivated person and team player to fill the following position which will be based at Bintan Resorts, Bintan Island, Kepulauan Riau:

HR Manager
(Bintan - Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:
    * Successful candidate would responsible for developing & implementing HR management & development strategy to support establishment & business process of a new company in BBIR.

Requirements:
    * Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
    * At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    * Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.

Remuneration:
Competitive salary and benefits will commensurate with past experience. Housing, transportation, meals, medical benefit and insurance are provided.
