Outlet Manager
Bandar Lampung (Lampung), Bandung (Jawa Barat), Bangka (Bangka Belitung), Bekasi (Jawa Barat), Bogor (Jawa Barat), Cikarang (Jawa Barat), Depok (Jawa Barat), Gorontalo (Gorontalo), Jakarta Raya, Manado (Sulawesi Utara), Pekalongan (Jawa Tengah), Pekanbaru (Riau), Pematangsiantar (Sumatera Utara), Pontianak (Kalimantan Barat), Samarinda (Kalimantan Timur), Sidoarjo (Jawa Timur), Surabaya (Jawa Timur), Yogyakarta
Responsibilities:
To play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
To initiate the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission
Responsible for all branch operations, the administrative process, the accuracy and correctness of the data, and responsible for financial affairs, cost control and efficiency
Requirements:
Male/Female, age maximum 35 years old
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work more than expected if needed
All-rounder mentality with multitasking ability
University degree S1 preferably in any discipline, minimum GPA : 3.00
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
Having experience as an Operational Manager min 3 years
Understanding of business principles and language, incl. the fundamentals of finance and profitability
Good Communications Skills, both written and Spoken, Especially in English
Ability to communicate openly and confidently
Strategic and planning skills (ability to translate strategy to operational planning and to execute)
Strong decision making capabilities and high accountability:
Customer focus (monitors customer expectations continuously and is willing to adapt own activities/procedures)
Ability to coordinate efforts/resources within and across boundaries to deliver goals
Well organized, independent, highly initiative, dynamic, self motivated, good analytical skill, strong interpersonal, honest, able to handle detailed matters, strong leadership, and good communication skill.
Willing to be place outside Jakarta
Can work under pressure and target oriented
Able to join a.s.a.p
