Quality and Technical Manager (Energy Industry)

They are urgently seeking for high profile candidates to join them in Batam to work as a Quality and Technical Manager. They offer competitive payment and good career perspective.
Main Responsibilities:
* Evaluate, appraise and monitor the quality control system and propose improvement initiative in order to improve quality and efficiency and meet customer expectations
* Develop, implement and manage quality inspection procedure, identify, recommend improvement initiatives in order to improve production quality
* Coach, advise, appraise and evaluate staff performance and recommend on staff improvement in order to ensure company target achievement and improve staff competencies
*
* Prepare, propose, manage quality assurance budget in order to minimize cost, maximize profit and meet company objective
* Ensure the QMS are established, implemented and maintained. Report the performance to top management and ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirement in order to comply to ISO 9001 requirement
Requirements
* Degree or Master in Electrical / Electronic Engineering from reputable university.
* Having about 7 - 10 years of related experience as Quality and Technical Manager in high volume manufacturing of electrical products.
* Having strong leadership and communication skill in English both oral and written, French will be an advantage
* Capacity to resist to high pressure with confliction situation.
* Willing to stay in Batam.
